Eiders At Otter Point

The American Common Eider, one of the largest and hardiest ducks in North America,
inhabit the coasts of eastern Canada, Maine and the Hudson Bay.
Their typical flight pattern is in long lines just above the water's surface.
Here they're rising over a rocky outcropping against the background of
Otter Point on the shore of Mount Desert Island, Maine.
